Product Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing LECOVITA products. To protect your rights and ensure proper use, please read this warranty agreement carefully before installation and use.
1. Warranty Period
This product is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the ex-factory date.
The warranty is valid for 12 months after the product leaves the factory.
If the ex-factory date cannot be clearly identified, the warranty period shall be determined based on the product batch number, serial number, shipment record, purchase record, or confirmation from the seller.
2. Warranty Coverage
Under normal installation, proper use, and regular maintenance, if the product fails due to material defects, manufacturing defects, or internal electronic component failure, and the issue is confirmed as a product quality problem, LECOVITA will provide warranty service.
The warranty service may include repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the product, depending on the actual condition of the product.
This warranty applies to LECOVITA speakers, loudspeakers, amplifiers, and related audio products.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered by free warranty service:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong wiring, incorrect voltage input, or improper operation.
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, pressure, water ingress, moisture, high temperature, corrosion, or external force.
- Damage caused by using non-waterproof products in humid, outdoor, rainy, or unsuitable environments.
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, or replacement of parts.
- Damage caused by improper transportation, storage, or damaged packaging.
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, stains, discoloration, packaging damage, or other appearance issues that do not affect product function.
- Damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, fire, lightning, abnormal power supply, or other uncontrollable factors.
- Products beyond the warranty period.
4. Warranty Service Method
During the warranty period, if the issue is confirmed as a product quality problem, LECOVITA will provide one or more of the following solutions according to the actual situation:
- Technical support or operation guidance;
- Repair service;
- Replacement parts;
- Replacement with the same model or an equivalent model.
The final warranty solution shall be determined by LECOVITA based on the product failure, product condition, and actual availability of parts or products.
5. Warranty Claim Requirements
To apply for warranty service, please provide the following information:
- Product model;
- Serial number or batch number;
- Ex-factory date, shipment date, or proof of purchase;
- Description of the problem;
- Photos or videos showing the issue;
- If necessary, the defective product or related parts shall be provided for inspection.
If valid supporting documents cannot be provided, LECOVITA reserves the right to refuse free warranty service or handle the case as a non-warranty repair.
6. Freight and Other Costs
Any freight, customs clearance, taxes, or other related costs involved in the warranty process shall be handled according to the actual situation and mutual agreement.
For confirmed product quality issues, LECOVITA shall be responsible for repair or replacement within a reasonable scope.
However, LECOVITA shall not be liable for indirect losses, installation or removal costs, labor costs, business interruption losses, loss of profit, or other incidental damages caused by product failure.
7. Special Notes
Please install and use the product strictly according to the user manual.
Incorrect installation, improper operation, or use beyond the intended application may affect product performance and warranty rights.
This warranty agreement is a limited warranty policy and does not affect any other legal rights of the consumer or purchaser under applicable laws.
